Wednesday 13 Biography - A Theatrical Take on Rock
This panda-eyed artist first stumbled on to the music scene in 1992 as the guitarist for band Mizery (later Psycho Opera). However it wasn't until 10 years later that this budding metal icon would make his big break by joining horror punk sensations Murderdolls. Contacted by Slipknot dummer Joey Jordison to take part in his latest project in 2002, it didn't take long for Wednesday to progress to frontman duties in time for their Top 40 debut album Beyond the Valley of the Murderdolls during the same year.
In 2004 the singer turned to his solo project, taking influences from touring partners Alice Cooper and Rob Zombie and releasing his solo debut, Transylvania 90210 a year later. The album was so well received that the singer found himself playing at Download Festival within a few months of its release. Inspired by macabre movies including The Addams Family - also the origin of his stage name - the singer adorns his stages with props and provides fans with a whole theatrical experience rather than simply a gig.
