Formed way back in 1890, Sevilla FC has remained one of the most successful football clubs in Spain throughout most of its history. Not content with winning La Liga in 1946, numerous Copa del Reys, including in 2007 and 2010, and the 2007 Spanish Super Cup, they also won the Europa League on several occasions, including all three seasons from 2014 to 2016. Sevilla FC made world football history by being the first club to win the accolade of 'World's Best Club' in consecutive years, namely 2006 and 2007.
