Big Noise in a Little Northern Ireland Town

In 1996, the small seaside town of Portrush in Northern Ireland's County Antrim saw the opening of Lush! a large nightclub situated in the Kelly's Golf Links Hotel complex that would become iconic for DJs across the world. Since its opening, Lush! has seen many of the world's supreme DJs through its doors, from Fatboy Slim to Paul Van Dyk, and as of 2010, the general public voted Lush! number 48 in DJ Mag's Top 100 Clubs in the world! The promoter, manager and resident DJ of the club Col Hamilton has teamed up with two parts of the legendary trio Brothers in Rhyme to bring Lush! Legends of the Dance Music Scene

Brothers in Rhyme is made up of Steve Anderson, musical director of Kylie Minogue, world-class DJ Dave Seaman and remix master Alan Bremnar. Hitting the big time in the 1990s, they have produced and remixed songs with the likes of Michael Jackson, U2, Placebo, New Order and a whole load more. In 1991, they hit number one on the U.S. Billboard Hot Dance Club Play chart as Brothers in Rhyme with their smash single Such a Good Feeling, which sampled Charvoni's Always There and was ranked number 49 is Mixmag's 100 Greatest Dance Songs Of All Time.
