Embrace Biography - Out of the 'Ashes' Again

Brothers Danny and Richard McNamara formed this legendary band in their back garden in 1990, polishing their sound when Britpop was the order of the day. After performing small sets at regional festivals for years, the band finally hit the big time in 1998 when their debut album The Good Will Out soared to Number 1 in the UK Albums Chart. Their further Top 10 releases, including Drawn from Memory and If You've Never Been cemented the band as a major post-Britpop group, garnering a huge and devoted UK fan base. After a short hiatus, their comeback album Out of Nothing returned them to the top spot, propelled by the hit single 'Gravity'.

This legendary post-Britpop group have been off the radar for nearly a decade but now fans can look forward to an exciting comeback in 2014, with new material and plenty of exciting live shows lined up.
