Brothers in Band are a group of Dire Strait fanatics led by Óscar Rosende, who grew up listening to classic guitar rock from the likes of Eric Clapton, Boston and Crosby, Stills and Nash. It wasn’t until he heard the great Mark Knopfler play, however, that he decided to pick up a guitar. From there, he knew his role as a fan would go far beyond simply listening to the music of his idol. Formed in 2008 in A Coruña, Spain, Brothers in Band began to play across their home nation before expanding into Portugal and Germany.
